HILARY HANNA

I am a 27 year old wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and teacher. My husband and I have been married for two years. We live on a beautiful golf course in central Indiana. We have both committed our lives to teaching children. 

 

I enjoy reading, watching sports (mainly football and basketball), working outside in the yard or garden, spending time with family, and playing with my black Labrador retriever.

 

My favorite children's novel is Chasing Vermeer by Blue Balliett. A novel like this inspires and motivates children to keep reading. Unlike most teachers, I am just now catching up on the Harry Potter series. My students are young enough now that they were not alive during the initial craze. We are having fun reading through the series together. I enjoy sharing that experience with a new bunch of students.
